Whenever you want to purchase any product try to purchase through PayPal.If you did not received the product with good condition you can raise a dispute (complaint) on the vendor.Once Pay pal received your complaint, They will block the vendor account till your complaint resolved. Then automatically vendor calls you and pay back your money.

My suggestion is whenever you are purchasing online jobs packages try to purchase through PayPal. You will not get scammed. I got my money back twice from the ad posting (scam) companies.

Best time to withdrawal your funds from Paypal is Sunday Morning and Tuesday Morning. If you withdraw money on Sunday Morning, funds will be credited till Tuesday Morning. And Tuesday withdrawal will show on Thursday morning. After that Wednesday, Thursday payments will be completed on Monday only.
